BOLIVIA, ARGENTINA, CHILE, PERU: Explore the Andes by bike
Another amazing motorcycle tour encompassing some of the most legendary sights the continent has to offer as well as some more out of the way places well off the Gringo trail. This epic motorcycle ride with a difference ascends onto the stunning high desert landscapes visiting ancient, still working mines at the world’s highest city of Potosi before stopping at the in describable Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat on earth. A ride out amongst towering volcones flamingo filled laggon and around cacti filled islands on the Salar will stay with you forever, its that amazing. We will point the BMW’s south riding through the red canyon lands of Southern Bolivia before crossing into Argentina and onto Salta. We then ride across the spine of the Andes and cross into Chile and visit the fantastic desert oasis town of San Pedro de Atacama. Riding north we enter Peru and onto Lake Titikaka where we visit the amazing Uros floating reed islands on the world’s highest navigatable lake. This epic motorcycle tour ends in Cusco after riding the Sacred Valley and visiting the legendary Inca ruins of Machu Picchu. We leave no stone unturned on this ride, no wonder we called it the “Andean Explorer”
