ARCTIC TO ANTARCTICA BOOKINGS
We are pleased to announce our partnering with a tour agency in Ushuaia, Argentina for the upcoming Antarctica sailings as part of our epic Arctic to Antarctica expedition departing in 2009 from Anchorage Alaska. However there is a catch, isn't there always? Due to an unpreceedented demand for Antarctica sailings (2 out of the 4 sailings available to us have already sold out for the 2009/2010 season) we need to make a booking for the Antarctica sailing ASAP, to ensure our spot for the sailing.
If of course riders wish not to participate in the Antarctica portion of the expedition then the urgency for a booking is negated.
We require a booking of A$3000 per person to secure a place on our Antarctica ship ASAP.
Due to the early than expected need for a deposit we at Compass Expeditions have decided to let this booking amount suffice for a deposit for the ENTIRE Arctic to Antarctica expedition with the balance of the expedition needing to be paid only 60 days before departure.
PURCHASE OF THE NEW F-650 GS
We have just placed an order for our fleet of the new BMW F-650 GS which will be arriving soon to be pre-delivered before being shipped out to Santiago de Chile for the commencement of this years Patagonia season. These bikes are in addition to our exisiting BMW R 1200 GS and for the nostalgic we even have a near new BMW 1150 GS, if any rider has their heart set on riding the 1150 contact us and we will drag the ride leader off it and it is yours for the expedition.
