Some of the Owners of Compass Expeditions have previously run training trips for some of the world's leading touring companies and as such are very experienced in indentifying quality staff.
Are you prepared to make the following committments:
- Participate in a number of actual running tours that will form part of your training
- Pay for all costs associated with getting to the start point
- Speak or learn to speak Spanish
- Be prepared to commit to a 12 month contract

- Motorcycle mechanical aptitude
- Previous overland travel experience
- Medical Training
- Most impotantly, a great personality and sense of humor

We feel it is of critical importance that we have the best crew working for us, showing our valued clients the ride of their lives. While these requirements may seem somewhat demanding it helps us choose the best, eliminating time wasters, thus ensuring that when our clients book a Compass Expeditions tour they will know that their crew are the best around.

SALES PEOPLE
We are lucky to have a great network of sales people working for us, they love the industry and they love biking. We are always looking for enthusiastic people who aren't necessarily from the sales world but who could actively represent Compass Expeditions in there country on a commission basis. We will only have one sales person per country.
Are you prepared to make the following commitments:
- Prepared to attend one or two motorcycle shows per year
- Work on a commission basis
- Actively represent Compass Expeditions in your country
- Travel free with us once sales targets are reached
- Accept phone calls and mail out brochures etc to clients
Do you possess the following attributes:
- Love of the motorcycle travel lifestyle
- Great with people
- Sense of humor (sometimes you need it)
- Good listener
